Xbox is finally getting some support from japan finally!

(capcom got good results with Dead Rising on the xbox 360 so it may have swayed thier decision to go multiplatform)

the deal isnt them loosing money, they were contracted to sony, only Microsoft was able to do a lawsuit which now makes them able to get some games that were exclusively sony. FFXI was the first

well I'm sure developement cost helped them make thier decision also...

Atleast I got to beta test it though... It wasn't a exclusive beta test and I did get a little bit addicted and almost bought it. But then relized I didn't have a job >.<

Yea since microsoft is rich they are pretty good at getting things that they want, but it doesn't really bother me too much because its benifiting me ^_^ (that sounds a little selfish v.v)

Both capcoms games were big on the xbox 360 when they released and I think they relized that they could make some more $ if they spread the goods ^_^

meh maybe but its more microsoft then developing companies, the developers were contracted to sony so there isnt anything they could do. It was all up to microsoft and in a way thats good but i also beleive certain games should stay on its own system like FF should oviously stay with PS out of loyalty. Its the game that made the PS and PS is the system that made the game. Way back when after FF2 PS was the only company to accept them so things like that should stay the same. Shame on Microsoft for stealing it -_- just like how i beleive halo should stay on PS

The reason why halo isn't ever going to be multi platform (excluding PC) is because Microsoft owns bungie...

I don't know as much about sony as I do microsoft but if I'm not mistaken they don't publish or develope games themselfs really... It would be a good Idea for them so they could have some solid exclusives that they wouldn't have to worry about losing. I dunno... I really want to play a good FF game... I've never got to >.< that I would buy a PS3 but yea... thats alot of money ^_^
